Shaih rifa's was born in Dadaocheng in 1938. He graduated from the Fine Arts Department of the Normal University in 1959. In 1964, he went to Paris to study printmaking and sculpture. Sharifa began to learn printmaking soon after arriving in Paris. Four years later, he moved to the United States. His printmaking has continued uninterrupted. He has been making prints for a total of ten years, including offset plates, zinc plates and silk prints. These works have been participated in international exhibitions held in various places for more than ten years.。
