Born in 1956 in Wanli Township, Taipei County. The brushstrokes of the oil paintings present a unique sense of relief, showing infinite vitality in the interplay of light and shadow.

The "situation" that Xiao Wenhui deals with in his paintings is not a "situation" that is completely self-contained in a static, closed mysterious situation or fantasy.
